岗位职能职责：

· Responsible for management of contract review in sales department.
· According to the ISO system, Responsible for organizing design, plan and financial department.
· According to the specialty of products, transfer review between our standard contract and customers’ order.
· Responsible for supervising the detailed rules in the contract and make sure the contract inures.
· Responsible for contract management, customer harmony and sales contact.
· Harmonize and communicate the request of customer with design, manufacture and sales.
· Responsible for setting up database of customer name, code, poles model and price. And keep it to realize the contract traceability.
· Be familiar with the knowledge and channel of just like quote and other business.
· Take in hand responsibility of losing that over estimated cost for careless or mistake in business.
· Take responsibility of administration work of Beijing office.

任职资格要求：

· Bachelor Degree, Major in Sales Management or related
· 2 years experience in Sales and export
· Be familiar with ERP system
· Be familiar with request of the ISO system
· Be familiar with the flows of products transport, sales and sales admin
· Good ability to organize, manage and harmonize works
· Good communication and coordination ability with other departments
· Good harmony skill, the consciousness and experience of customer service
· Good English skill.
