What you will do: 

- Act as the owner of platform sales budget and margin target

- Be responsible for the key marketing initiatives on platforms and coordinate with different counterparts of platforms such as Tmall or work out a brand – dedicated campaigns.

- Lead the assistant managers on campaign planning, in order to meet channel sales target with specified discount mechanism, product assortment, coupons, gifting, etc.

- Coordinate with Product Analysis team on the product offering for each campaign

- Coordinate with the service provider to continuously  to optimize the content of our stores on the platforms

- Coordinate with operation team to work out the stock allocation plan across platforms, and make sure the operation capacity is optimized for each campaign and can support the estimated sales volume

- Coordinate with global marketing team and local agency to enrich online store content

- Define continuously key levers to drive traffic and sales on the platforms
