Responsibility:

    

This position will work closely with the MGI Sales Team to provide workflow presentation, software application demonstration, project management and customize print document for prospects. On closing of sales, you will perform system workflow configuration, software installation and training at the customers’ site. For MGI business promotion, you will also be responsible for post-sales software support to customers.

1. Support work to sales person, dealer of BCN, with customer visits, benchmark fingerprinting and print trials.
2. Support all products lines carried by the organization in digital printing solution.
3. Identity and propose technical solution to meet customer’s requirement and provides value.
4. Identity the system configuration and quotation.
5. Work with partners to integrate them into BCN system and provide the total solution to customer, testing my require.
6. Provide support for marketing promotion as workshop, seminar, samples and exhibition.
7. Deliver product and technique training to internal sales team.

Requirement:

1. At least 3 years’ experience supporting IT-related digital printing solutions or services in related industry.
2. Experience / Strong knowledge of database management tools.
3. Experience in software development cycle.
4. Application knowledge of Adobe products.
5. Application knowledge of Output Document Management System.
6. Ability to understand complex printing environments, including both application and workflow needs are desirable.
7. Proven sales-oriented skills in MGI digital printing business field.
8. Experience on CMS, substrate, ink and toner will be an advantage.
