JD:

1, You will recommend and implement creative solutions to track production progress and ensure on-time delivery.

2, You will lead the card planning and manufacturing for all regions.

3, You will monitor load balancing according to [regional] loading rules, capacities and processes.

4, You will update the priority of orders according to customer urgency and production capacity.

5, You will monitor production output, WIP and production performance to ensure KPI targets are achieved.

6, You will collaborate with other teams to resolve issues that affect the manufacturing, shipment and delivery of customer orders.

7,You will implement processes and provide planning information to ensure compliance with ISO and other accreditation standards.

8, You will submit artwork for approval to payment associations such as MasterCard, Visa and Amex.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

1, To succeed at this job, you must be have: experience with Microsoft Office and process development and implementation.

2, It would be preferred if you have experience with planning and MFG-PRO and MRP.

3, You must be fluent in English.

4, We would like someone to join our team who is a strong interpersonal communicator, a team player with a dynamic personality, process-focused, able to work well in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, analytical with a sense of urgency, creative and resourceful.

5, You must have a Degree in any field.

6, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume and dynamic manufacturing or operations environment.
