1. 公司总机电话接听和转接

    

2. 来访人员的接待、登记与引导

    

3. 办公室日常行政事务安排，如公司用车协调等

    

4. 信件快递收发协调以及每月账单核算统计

    

5. 办公室文具及其他用品的管理与订购

    

6. 协助预订酒店、机票，与供应商维护关系

    

7. 监管与保持整体办公环境干净整洁

    

    

岗位需求

1. 大专及以上学历
2. 1年以上行政相关经验
3. 良好的英语口语或书写能力者更佳
4. 熟练使用电脑办公相关软件
5. 做事细心，责任心强，有亲和力。

                    

    

    

Responsibilities

1. Answers, screens and extends phone calls
2. Greets, registers and directs visitors
3. To assist in completing office administrative affairs and daily routines, such as arrange car-using for teams
4. Coordinate couriers and delivery services and monthly express bills
5. Ordering stationery and office supplies
6. Books travel arrangements including airline ticket, hotel reservations and transportation as requested
7. Monitor the overall working environment and keep the public working area clean and tidy

                                

    

Qualifications:

    

1. Diploma degree or above

    

2. Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist

    

3. Good command of English speaking will be preferred

    

4. Good at office software, such as words, excel & PowerPoint

    

5. Have strong sense of responsibility
