JOB DESCRIPTION:

CIP Program Manager - Seeking a strong, experienced leader who can work in a matrix environment. Job needs to work with IP/Feint/DFT/SOC/PD teams to ensure project requirements are captured, coordinate the deliverables/documentations and manage the execution to ensure all the required engineering items are delivered on time with quality. Individual should have strong program management experiences, proficient communication skills, and strong understanding of ASIC Design/Verification/SOC implementation.

The frequent working partners to the role includes (but not limited to) silicon PM, architects, IP/SOC/DFT/PD/CAD leads and other functional program management peers, across AMD global branches.

 ABOUT CIP TEAM:

CIP team focuses on the interface IP designs, including internal high speed bridge/hub and external high speed I/Os, to provide the advanced interconnectivity technology and support AMD’s world class x86 CPU and GPU architecture.

 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

·       3+ years Program Management experience

• Good understanding in CPU/Memory/PCIE/XGBE subsystem working principal
• Exceptional English and Chinese verbal and written skills is a must
• Experience working in an IP development team
• Experience managing silicon product requirements
• People Management experience is a plus
• PMI/PMP certificate is a plus
