职位描述
工作职责: 1) Help SaaS landing project manager to successfully land the solution in Blue Cloud Platform, including regular solution upgrade 2) Perform cloud solution management activities for assigned solutions to ensure: ? All marketing content for the solutions are up to date ? All channel partners have been trained with the latest solution features and capabilities ? All pre-sales and post-sales support related issues will be addressed in the timely manner 3) Maintain close engagement and healthy relationship with Cloud Solution Vendor, ensure contract is up to date. Lead discussion on contract renewal and negotiation. 4) Closely work with Chanel sales and direct sales team to identify the bestselling scenarios for different solutions in different market. 5) Host regularly meetings and reviews with cloud solution vendors to provide feedback on product feature and sales feedback to seek joint improvement. 6) Developing and fostering strong long term business relationships with solution vendors. 任职资格: Minimum qualifications: 1) BA/BS degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business, or equivalent practical experience. 5-7 years in customer engagement and/or business operations. 2) Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Extensive negotiation skills. 3) Acquired an ability to manage multiple customers/solutions at once with an eye towards cost and strategic value. 4) Exceptional communication skills and ability to formulate insights and opinions around complex business problems. 5) Self-directed, motivated and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goal. 6) A strong team player that values the importance of the success of their overall group. 7) Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently. Preferred qualifications: 1) Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with mid/big-size international companies. 2) Broad understanding of the cloud-computing (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) industry in both the US and China. 3) Experience in cloud computing (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS - open source / proprietary). 4) Account management skill is a Plus.
