As a Software Leader, ABB Robotics is a leading supplier of industrial robots and robot software, equipment and complete application solutions. We are a trusted partner who continues to redefine robotics automation, with a focus on collaborative solutions, which allow humans to work safely alongside robots without the need for barriers.

You will lead a team of designers/engineers in Robot Systems Body-in-White (RS-BIW) Product Group/ Robotics Business Line/ Robotics & Discrete Automation Business. You will oversee diverse engineering projects, delivering high-quality, cost-effective and timely Engineering solutions to customers.

- Software leader for ABB Ability platform.
- Lead team to organize ABB Ability platform.
- Development application modules based on ABB MOM.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Above Master’s Degree is required.
- Experience in Software is required.
- Experience in History database development and Robot R&D experience is preferred.
- Lead team to develop BIW digital application modules.
- Expert in Technical support project execute team.
- Great Team player and strong interpersonal skills.
- Seek and be ‘open’ to new technology and ideas.
