职位描述：

1. Ensure all of the equipment and machine can work on the proper condition. 确保所有机器设备运行状态正常；

2. Ensure all of the facilities in the plant a smooth running. 确保工厂内的所有设施有效运转；  

3. Maintenance of the machines and equipment to all of the faults, analysis and find the root cause.维修工厂内所有机器设备，分析查找根本原因；

4. Implement related to preventive maintenance work and assessment  and improve the detail of PM participation.执行预防性维护相关的工作，参与预防性维护细节的评审和改善；  

5. Optimization and improve the equipment, Improve the repair speed or reduce equipment downtime.优化和改造设备， 提高维修速度或减少设备停机；

6. Finished the document of maintenance.完成每天的维修文档工作；

7. Support the engineer backup the PC and PLC programing.支持和帮助工程师的程序备份工作；  

8. Participate in new equipment maintenance and debugging.参与维修调试新的设备；

9. Support and assist during external maintenance and supplier work. Support and finished the facility work.支持和帮助所有外部维修和供应商的工作。支持和完成所有设施工作；

10. Participate management of all of the spare parts work.参与管理备件的一切工作；

11.  Follow-up and perform actions related to the EHS regulations.跟进和完成关于环境健康安全方面的行动计划；

12. Other task from Maintenance manager.完成维修经理交给的其他任务。 

任职要求:

1. High School diploma or technical secondary school degree. 高中或中专学历；

2. At least 2 years experience in electrical and automation, mechanical of maintenance至少2年以上电气自动化或机械方面的维修经验；

3. Specialized knowledge and skills 特殊知识和技能；  

4. Pneumatic knowledge, electrical knowledge, Mechanical and electrical drawing 气动知识、电气知识、机械或电路图；

5. Able to react in different changeable situations and problems 应变突发情况和问题；

6. Autonomie and responsability to meet the targets. 有效达成目标；

7. Willing to learn and work, independent, determined , assertive 有学习和工作的意愿，独立、果断、自信；

8. Strong team consciousness and the sense of responsibility, obey the arrangement, work hard working attitude. 较强的团队意识和责任心，服从安排，任劳任怨的工作态度。
