职位描述
Provides the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Operational and Service Areas of the Club, including Front Desk operation, Member Relations Department, Towel Attendants, Sales Administration, Club Budget, Club Maintenance and Cleanliness, Member Services, Human Resources and Vendor contact are in accordance with the company's procedures and applicable laws.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
To promote a friendly and high energy atmosphere in the club by motivating and training the employees effectively;
To ensure the club is being operated in a high quality and safe standard on a daily basis by checking the facilities and equipment and arranging their repair, and handling any incident or problem which arises according to the company policy and in complying with the risk management;
To achieve the team goals effectively by communicating well, developing and maintaining a good relationship with all the members, non-members, the other team members as well as the outside vendors;
To manage the Human Resources functions such as hiring, interviewing, training, employee counseling, disciplinary action, performance review, payroll and leave administration at the Club Level effectively and accurately;
To monitor inventory and place orders and manage the Club Budget effectively by keeping all the Club expenses within the Budget approved;
To analyze facts and assist in resolving member issues in a timely and professional manner when they arise. Also to respond to requests and inquiries from the general public;
To manage through the Sales Administrator the completion of all sales contract processing and verification.
To participate various kinds of Department Head Meetings at the Club Level and at Home Office.
REQUIREMENTS
Higher diploma/Degree or above;
Three years of customer service and administrative experience;
Two years of supervisory experience.
