Trade Marketing Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Implement effective Trade Marketing practices and provide professional services to sales teams as well as distributors/retailers in marketing activities and analysis. Proactively promotes the brand image of Pirelli:

1. Support on Pirelli Service Improvement Program, including:

1.1 First verification of application form &data inputting.

1.2 Recording &achieving all application &shipment records.

1.3 Monitor and report all feedback and problems of ongoing projects.

2. Distribute POS, merchandizing and promotional items based on relevant mechanism;

3. Work closely with product marketing and sales department, so as to support on product communication and promotion among the network; Help to complete all product and communication materials related to trade, like product brochure, leaflet, video, and POP etc.;

4. Monitor, collect and feedback competitor’s market information;

5. Support on all trade related events, like F1 and motorsports trade activation, brand cultural experience, distributor conventions etc.;

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Education：Bachelor degree or above.

2. Knowledge / Skills

- Good at MS office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

- Good skill on data collection and analysis;

- Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese;

- Result oriented, strong communication skill and team work awareness.

主要职责

有效执行通路市场所有活动及促销，为销售和渠道提供专业的支持的同时，有效地推广倍耐力品牌：

1. 负责服务提升项目的有效执行，包含：

1.1 项目申请表的审核和数据录入；

1.2 记录和存档所有发货记录；

1.3 跟踪和汇报进行项目的相关市场反馈和问题；

2. 根据不同机制，负责宣传陈列品，促销物料和宣传资料的发放管理。

3. 与产品以及销售部门紧密合作，执行产品推广及品牌宣传活动，为渠道提供有效支持；协助完成所有通路相关的资料，如产品手册，单页，视频，展品等；

4. 市场及竞品咨询的收集、整理、反馈和汇总；

5. 协助所有通路市场相关活动，如F1观摩，海外品牌文化体验，赛事体验，经销商会议等活动；

教育背景和技能

1. 教育背景：大学本科或以上学历，专业不限。

2. 技能要求：

- 较熟练的MS OFFICE技能，尤其是Excel和PowerPoint；

- 较强的数据整理和分析能力；

- 良好的中英文口语及书面能力；

- 结果导向，沟通能力强，具有很强的团队协作意识。
