Job Description:

1. Take leadership in conducting client communication and proposal writing during business developing phase;

2. As stream in-charge, work independently or lead a small team of 2-3 to conduct client interviews, understand issues and analyze requirements;

3. Develop solutions based by applying Hitachi and other consulting tools and methodologies with limited supervision;

4. Lead workshop or presentation delivery;

5. Act as on-site project manager as required.

Skills Requirement:

1. University degree or above;

2. 7 - 10 years working experiences in one or more of below (BPM) areas:

? Supply chain management/logistics and manufacturing/FSI/Automobile
? budgeting & planning
? cost management / activity-based costing
? business performance analysis
? project management in BPM related transformation or system implementation

3. Consulting experience with major international consulting firms or internal consulting experience with major multi-national companies are preferred;

4. In-depth industry understanding in Financial Services business is a plus;

5. Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities;

6. Excellent communication skills to interface both internal parties and external client stakeholders;

7. Strong ability to translate client requirements into deliverable design that address complex situations;

8. Group facilitation and presentation skills and fluent in Mandarin and English.
