职位描述
岗位职责:
- 具有良好的客户拓展能力,参加展会、活动,拓展新市场;
- 搜集、交流新兴产业客户信息,挖掘客户信息、建立和完善客户系统数据;
- 善于进行商务洽谈,达成合作;
- 熟练制作商务合作方案,在合作涉及部门及合作企业范围内,进行方案推介讲解;
- 把控合作门槛,评估外部合作提案,给出合理分析和专业客观的合作建议;
- 定期回访、维护客户关系,确保长期稳定合作关系;
- 实时汇报工作进度,制定月度季度等中长期工作计划,合理设定考核数值;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Having good customer development ability, participating in exhibitions and activities, and expanding new markets;
- Collecting and exchanging customer information of emerging industries, mining customer information, establishing and improving customer system data;
- Be good at business negotiation and cooperation;
- Be proficient in making business cooperation schemes, and introduce and explain the schemes within the scope of departments and cooperative enterprises involved in the cooperation;
- Control the threshold of cooperation, evaluate external cooperation proposals, give reasonable analysis and professional and objective cooperation suggestions;
- Regular return visits and maintenance of customer relations to ensure long-term stable cooperative relations;
- Real-time report on the progress of work, formulate monthly quarterly and other medium-term and long-term work plans, and set reasonable assessment values;
工作要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验,有房地产行业工作经验优先考虑;
2. 独立自主,有自己的工作见解,有丰富的市场活动经历商务谈判经验;
3. 明确商务合作目标,了解业务合作事项流程;
4. 有策划及执行的成功案例,拥有丰富市场合作资源;
5. 具备良好的沟通技巧,可独立进行合作谈判沟通,并给出合作分析评估;
6. 具有团队管理经验;
7. 熟练使用办公软件,良好的沟通汇报技能。
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years related working experience, working experience in real estate industry is preferred;
- Independent, have their own work opinions, rich experience in market activities and business negotiation;
- Define the objectives of business cooperation and understand the process of business cooperation;
- Successful cases of planning and implementation, rich market cooperation resources;
- Have good communication skills, can independently conduct cooperative negotiation and communication, and provide analysis and evaluation of cooperation;
- Experience in team management;
- Proficient in office software, good communication and reporting skills.
