Job Title： Marketing Admin Assistant -3P/市场部部门助理-三方

Department： Food Solutions/饮食策划

Location：上海（长宁区近2号线淞虹路，有班车）

Job Responsibility:

1. Admin support

a) Regular team meeting arrangement, coordination and admin support.

b) Responsible for team’s internal business related process such as contract process, payment process, budget control, etc.

c) Other office routines incl., new employee process, team building coordination etc.

2. Marketing project execution support: to support website leader on regular content implementation, mainly on shooting.

Qualifications & Skills:

？ Bachelor’s degree

？ Have strong sense of responsibility, and careful in details

？ Good MS-Office skill, fluent in English (both written and oral)

？ Good communication skill to work with cross function teams and good coordination capability

？ Relative experience in digital marketing/Foods/FMCG as a plus
