Position Title:         Distribution Customer Service

Reporting Structure: Distribution Manager

    

Scope of Position:  Performing operation of daily order processing, data entry and inventory management, and customer services for distribution accounts.

  

  

Job Descriptions

  

• Preparing pick lists as per customers' requests

• Managing data entry for inventory, receiving, and/or outbound shipments

• Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management within a warehouse management system

• Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely

• Processing invoices and billing invoices to customers

• Rate domestic transportation bills

• Delivering excellent customer service

• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders

• Provide support to warehouse staff in performing Distribution operations

• Provide support with other miscellaneous projects, filing and research

   

  Responsibilities for Current Distribution Account:

   

• Coordination with logistics supervisor and logistics assistant of Customer on daily order processing

• Updating EDMS for inventory management and sending daily inventory report, receipt report and shipping report

• Coordination with 3PL warehouse staff on information needed to complete order receiving and shipment

• Assist Distribution Manager on daily operation

• Processing invoices and billing invoices to customers

• Delivering excellent customer service
