Manager Area DDA Management

Tasks

This position will manage DDA NB, DDA SH and DDA GZ？ to ensure all other DDAs work in same standards in terms of BMW service requirement, this position is responsible for :

- Long term DDA planning considering business development.

- Support DDAs strategy and target implemented on a yearly basis.

- Early phase involved DDA planning during project tendering.

- Ensure all DDAs target achieved and meet customer demands.

- Standardize all stock processes and reporting.

- Review and develop supplier KPIs on yearly basis.

- Supplier qualification and new BBA staff coaching.

- 8P/VPS project in DDAs implemented and achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the Strategy for the further development of the DDAs (Location, Size, Content)
• Lead new DDA project and ensure project implementation independently.
• Lead and improve supplier’s performance regarding compound management.
• Define and develop KPIs？ in accordance with BBA standards and Wholesales Targets
• Process planning for all DDAs operations.
• Steering and monitoring the standards and quality
• Develop and implement standards for stock management.
• Coordination stock operation for rework and quality block car process.
• Reporting and steering of DDAs business situation.
• Monitor stock management in DDAs and are capable of analyzing the stock status.
• Managing of the daily Claim operations and monitoring the performance
• Training for new DDA associates and new supplier qualification.
• 8P,CIP,VPS, implmentation in DDA by working with DDA contracted providers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration of an University or University of applied Sciences or equivalent education
• Business fluent English, Chinese Native Speaker
• Capability of quick process understanding for automotive logistics processes, insurance processes and claim processes
• Analytical, conceptual capabilities
• Able to lead and coach, excellent communication skills
• Good at teamwork, especially within intercultural team
• Good skills in MS office. SAP is a plus advantage
• 5 years working experience in Automotive Industry or Logistics
