Responsibility:

    

·         Establish and Maintain suitable relationship with supplier.

    

·         Tracing quality of goods and coordinate to purchase related problems.

    

·         Process purchase order, include confirm delivery schedule, collect document and track of transportation status etc.

    

·         Support commercial team implement special purchase activity;

    

·         Coordinate Warehouse team to finish purchase goods receiving operation;

    

·         Operate ERP system and ensure the accuracy of information;

    

·         Take part in SOP meeting and other customer service related affair.

    

    

Requirement:

    

·         University graduate;

    

·         Strong customer focus;

    

·         Basic knowledge on import and export;

    

·         2 years relative working experience;

    

·         Good English both in oral and written;

    

·         Good manner, Good inter-personal skills and a good team player;

    

·         Basic knowledge on SCM and ERP.
