职位描述
主要职责:
1. 协助制定年度商务拓展策略、目标和计划,完成公司年度目标
2. 负责商务拓展和服务,推广大数据技术服务企业研发和营销的解决方案
3. 负责探寻客户需求,与跨部门团队合作设计针对性服务解决方案
4. 高效组织、协调公司内外部资源,高质量交付客户解决方案产品或服务
5. 拓展、建立和维护良好的客户关系,建立体系化的客户管理系统和数据
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,医学或药学或相关医学、生物科学方面的教育背景优先;
2. 5年以上工作经验,有在跨国大型公司的医疗器械诊断部门工作经历者优先,有较好的内资客户资源及成功商务拓展经历者优先;
3. 对医疗大数据领域有一定的认知;有激情和兴趣加入创业团队一起发展;
4. 有独立进行项目策划、管理和执行的能力,有一定的研究或科研思维者优先;
5. 有责任心和自驱力,能独立、主动开展工作;
6. 客户为先的思维,善于独立思考,有较强的创新和学习能力。
Pharmaceutical BD (Medical apparatus)
Job description:
1.Assist in formulating annual business development strategies, goals and plans to achieve the company's annual goals
2. Be responsible for business development and service, and promote R&D and marketing solutions for big data technology service enterprises.
3. Responsible for exploring customer needs and working with cross-departmental teams to design targeted service solutions
4. Organize and coordinate the internal and external resources of the company efficiently, and deliver the products or services of customer solutions with high quality.
5. Develop, establish and maintain good customer relationship, establish systematic customer management system and data
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, medical or pharmaceutical or related medical or biological education background is preferred;
2. More than 5 years working experience, working experience in medical equipment diagnostic Department of multinational large companies is preferred, good domestic customer resources and successful business development experience are preferred.
3. Have a certain understanding of the field of medical big data; have passion and interest in joining the entrepreneurial team to develop together;
4. Ability to plan, manage and execute projects independently, with a certain degree of research or scientific research thinking preferred;
5. Be responsible and self-motivated, able to work independently and actively;
6. Customer-first thinking, good at independent thinking, strong innovation and learning ability.
