PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

The commercial execution role in acting as support on aspects of the commercial plans across China. Ensure that the function runs smoothly and efficiently to optimize the effectiveness in achieving the company's revenue goals. Assist manager across a range of planning and executing commercial plan.  

1)            Data analytics

2)            Execution monitor

3)      Benchmark pricing follow up

3)            Marketing support

1. Assist on implement and continuously optimize commercial process and policy.

2. Support on develop store execution SOP/ operational Playbook , rollout in China for all stationand  drive excellence by formulating and improving existing policies and procedures for daily store operations.  

3. Support on set up and  maintain commercial data and information base to provide data analytics for  business review and forecasting.

  4.Assisit on collaboratively work together with commercial team and operation  team as seamless connection aiming to provide full commercial plan and monitor  the effective and timely implementation of all plans. 

5. Provide timely commercial plan report to Commercial team and assist marketing Manager on business review.

6. Assist Manager to manage all commercial execution plans to identify opportunity meanwhile reduce risk and maximize value. Maintenance the commercial plan execution through cost control and analysis including actual/plan comparison.

7. Explore new initiatives to improve productivity & operation efficiency.

8. Support on the benchmark pricing checking between our units vs benchmark or reference store on monthly basis, follow up the new item/ delist item/ RSP changes.

9. Provide support for planning of marketing materials Liaise with local stations and AP team to make sure all visual and design is appropriate exactly as required.

10. Need to have basic knowledge of AD graphic designing and words processing. Design, production and innovation of restaurant menu and related promotional materials.

11. Complete others tasks assigned by line manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma or  above, Major in marketing, communications, strategic planning. 

  2. Strong execution ability, creative, organizational and personal sales skills

  3. Proactive, responsive and cross function team player;

  4. Commercial understanding of strategic category, e.g. customer promotion, social  media.

  5. Good communication skill of English 

6. Good for PC skills. e.g. Excel , PPT

7. Good  analytical skills with business acumen

  8. Over 2 years solid commercial/or account experience in multinational company  or Food & Beverage company. 

9. Travel frequently required
