To drive the procurement excellence by implementing and optimizing procurement processes and system solutions in the region Asia.
At the initial phase, focus on the support for NPM purchasing in the region Asia.

Responsibilities:

? Project management for the implementation of digital solutions for driving procurement efficiency in the region Asia in alignment with Global Procurement Excellence
? Continuous monitoring and reporting of process KPIs to identify improvement opportunities of the purchasing process landscape in the region Asia
? Building a strong relationship with Asia Sales Regions by developing procurement expertise and consulting in usage of procurement processes
? Identification, elaboration and support on tapping the potentials of further process improvements, purchasing internally but also comprehensively in the interfaces to other business partners
? Contribution to the further improvement of the information infrastructure and data transparency in Purchasing
? Strong alignment with the Global Procurement Excellence Network in sharing best practice
? Development of training concepts and their execution

Requirements:

1) Engineering or business studies degree or equivalent
2) 5+ years of professional experience in the area of procurement excellence (purchasing processes and/or systems), consulting or auditing related services
3) Ability to lead workshops and develop a clear vision in complex scenarios
4) High ability of analytical, conceptual and comprehensive thinking
5) Self-initiative, persuasiveness and problem solving competences
6) Profound SAP and MS office skills
7) English fluent
8) Oversea working experience preferred
