Job Description
- 20% Archiving legal documents
- 20% Basis legal research on laws in the fields of contracts, insurance and capital markets
- 30% Draft and review contracts and other legal documents
- 30% Assist outside lawyers for the preparation of IPO
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drafting or reviewing contracts such as supply agreements, equipment purchase agreements, service agreements and other legal documents.
- Archiving legal documents.
- Monitoring the contract execution process.
- Coordinate other teams during contract discussions such as arranging meetings and making meeting notes.
- Assisting outside lawyers in the IPO project, such as locating contracts, providing materials for DD purposes
