Role Purpose

• Preparing monthly Trade spend and SDF reports with proper analysis, recommended actions
• Preparing monthly cost centre report for CFS and Regional office with proper analysis and recommended actions
• Responsible for month end closing for CFS and regional office OPEX, including but not limited to month end expense accrual and other journal posting activities.
• Leading the financial planning & forecasting processes of trade spending & Opex. This includes monthly reporting and forecasting, annual budget.
• Responsible for daily sales order checking and releasing in line with Fonterra credit policy
• Responsible for other reporting and analysis work as assigned by Insight manager and commercial business partner
• Enhancing the business performance management processes & systems of SDF & Opex to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

• Provide support to Business insight manager and functional owner
• Financial Performance Analyses
• Budget Planning and Forecasting
• Month end closing activities
• Monitoring, Controlling, and Accounting

Requirements

• Degree from a recognised University with a major in Accounting or a professional qualification such ICA, CIMA, ICCA or equivalent
• 3 years proven record
  with ‘hands on’ experience in Finance and Accounting preferably with hands on
  business experience
• Experience in IFRS and China GAAP, PRC tax regulations, integrated information systems
• MNCs, FMCG background
