POSITION SUMMARY:

A Fleet Services Agent is required to work closely with shipside/suppliers for ordering

schedule, order submitting/confirming and timely communication. He/She may also be

required to work with buyers for sourcing and data analyzing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supportive to cross brand fleet operation with 24/48/72 hour principle

Work with shipside to submit regular PO’s to both local and container suppliers via

Crunchtime according to the ordering schedule; Submit last minute add-on orders and OPJ

PO’s based on shipside’s request

Ensure suppliers to confirm orders within 48 hours after receipt of PO’s and update the status

in CT

Communicate with shipside/buyers timely if any discrepancies of products are reported by

suppliers

Monitor suppliers’ ASN(Advanced Shipping Notice) performance and report to buyers on a

monthly basis

Assist buyers to keep tracking of cost impact/saving of OPJ orders

Update, manage and file supplier database including contact info, certificates, qualification, etc

Compliant with Company Policies - Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree or above

Responsible, careful, frank and well-organized

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and oral

Capable of general Excel function and analysis skills

Good interpersonal communication skills and anti-pressure ability
