职位描述：

1、拓展和维护公司重点客户资源，

2、与客户沟通，提供网吧项目相关活动策划方案

3、接待和处理客户投诉问题

4、带领和激励团队成员完成工作目标

5、工作地点：北京朝阳区

任职要求：

1、28岁以上，本科及以上学历；

2、熟悉公关行业，5年以上公关活动会议、会议、展览等行业工作经历，同等职位3年以上经验，有国外公关公司工作背景者优先；有独立负责客户业务，持续性开发及维护的经验；具备开拓新市场及客户资源的能力；

3、了解网吧市场（网吧形态、网吧经营、网吧电脑设备、网管工作、网吧用户情况等），能够针对性的提交相关提案；
4、中英文流利，亲和力强，善于沟通；

5、具有拓展客户的经验和能力，有客户资源者优先；

6、具有一定的管理团队的经验和能力；


Position description

2.Communicate with accounts and offer the scenario of activity

3.Responsibility on treating with clients for their complaint

4.Lead the team to accomplish the target.

Position requirement

1. Bachelors degree or above and at least 28 years old;

2. At least 5 years working experience in PR/active/advertising agency. Minimum 3 years account manager working experience encouraged. Oversea agency experience is a plus;

3. Ability to manage account independently and possess the experience of develop & maintaining the relationship with accounts;

4. Excellent skills of business development, account coordination and manage project. Having own account resource is a plus;

5. Ability to be a lead to manage the team;

6. Excellent communication skills, fluent written & oral English/Chinese ability.
