Job Description

Responsibilities:

?    Layout and floorplan design, physical topologies and design methodologies;

?    Lead top level layout and block layout design;

?    Participating in layout reviews;

?    Maintain layout database and checklist;

?    Work with other team members to build up product knowledge and improve way of working;

Requirements:

?    Bachelor or higher in Electrical Engineering;

?    Minimum of 5 years experience in analog layout design, PMIC background is a plus;

?    Good communicator in both oral and written English;

?    Familiar with BCD, HV, CMOS process;

?    Able to establish good relationships with a multi-disciplinary development team, international customers and subcontractors

?    Strong attention to technical details, self-motivated;

?    Team player, able to work in a cross-functional-team environment.
