职位描述：联系招聘、与客户经理写作，协助需求澄清、联系项目推进推荐、面试和入职流程。
1.简历每日推送、面试安排（现场或电话）及简历和面试结果跟进
2.客户方入职流程跟进，包括入职日期、背景调查资料收集等 3.需求分析和传递：从用人经理(客户）或客户经理那得到的需求，***时间与招聘主管或客户经理一同澄清；并准确地将协助需求表传递给招聘团队
4.负责招聘数据统计（每日/每周），将招聘和需求情况量化给内部及项目方不同部门
5.其他：协助团队日常工作管理，协助完成上级交代的任务

任职要求
1.全日制本科及以上，专业不限，1-2年交付助理或人事相关经验，有IT行业背景先
2.知识：熟悉人力资源六大模块中的人员招聘优先；
技能：熟练计算机办公软件操作技能。
3良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力、解决问题能力、时间管理能力、协调能力
4.语言能力：CET4及以上，英文读写良好（能看懂英文职位描述、英文邮件、能整理候选人英文简历等）；听说能基本沟通（偶尔参与面试、需求澄清）
