岗位职责:

1.协助COO对各个项目进行全程对接与跟进,包括但不限于以下各项:

(1).立项前,负责对接项目方进行初步沟通,收集基础材料;

(2).立项后,协助部门开展工作(配合资方、对接项目方);

(3).全程跟踪项目进展情况,并及时汇报;

(4).项目材料保管和归档,并对项目进行总结。

2.配合COO处理外部公共关系,负责重要客户接待及商务随行;参与公司大型公关活动的策划、组织、代表公司发言;

3.协助安排各项高层会议的日程与议程,撰写和跟进落实高层会议、主题会议等公司会议纪要;

4.完成领导交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求:英语4级+能日常口语&书面沟通

1.本科及以上学历,5年及以上工作经验,有类似高管助理(非行政类助理)经验者优先;

2.有严密的逻辑思维能力、敏锐的洞察力、沟通能力,具备较强的公文写作能力,熟练使用PPT、Word等各类办公软件;

3.有较强的资源整合与安排能力,具备解决复杂问题的能力、独立工作能力、工作推进能力和极强的执行力;

4.具备良好的社交能力,包括政府接洽、谈判,性格活泼、聪慧、能够灵活应变;

5.有咨询公司工作经验者优先。
