1, 负责生产设备的采购：根据生产和项目开发的需要，与经理合作开发新的设备采购、投资计划、组织、设备选型和采购；组织设备的安装、调试、检验等工作，确保设备的顺利采购；

2、设备的管理：包括设备验证、设备档案存档、设备调拨、报废清理管理等；

3、负责对生产设备的维护和维修并进行培训和指导；
responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment, training and guidance;

4、负责制订各种设备的标准操作程序及文件并确保执行；

5、编制并实施设备的日常点检，维护计划；建立并管理设备各项台账；

6、负责设定设备备品备件的安全库存，降低维护成本；

7、负责现场安装调试、协助质量应对客户的问题点，对生产设备实施有关验证工作；

8、关注设备的故障率，并持续改善；
concerned about the failure rate of equipment, and continuous improvement.

9、编制对设备维修技术员的培训计划及绩效考核计划；
the preparation of equipment maintenance technician training plan and performance appraisal plan.

10,完成上级安排的其他工作；
the completion of other tasks assigned by the superior.

任职要求：

1.本科学历及以上；
Bachelor Degree or above;

2.良好的工作态度；
 Work as specialist with excellent attitude ;

3.主修工业工程或机械工程或相关工作经验；
Majored in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical engineering or related work experience ;

4.至少两年以上的工作经验，有汽车制造业经验者优先
Over two years experience is required at least, automotive manufacturing experienced is advantaged;

5.熟悉微软办公软件，汽车设计等
Be familiar with MS office, Auto CAD, etc.;

6.良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
Good in both Oral English and Written English;

7.精益生产背景优先。
 Lean Production background is quiet advantaged.
