工作职责：

1. 负责新剂型制剂开发（纳米粒、脂质体、微球）；
2. 注射剂新药项目管理，或仿制药项目管理；
3. 负责项目立项调研，研发团队和实验室建设；
4. 新制剂预研，注射剂处方工艺研究；
5. 全程负责项目调研、小试工艺研发、中试批、放大批及验证批生产至注册申报；
6. 参与CFDA项目申报资料的撰写和研制现场核查；
7. 负责技术支持。

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，药物制剂、药学等专业优先，至少10年以上制剂研发经验，博士学历可适当放宽年限；
2. 熟悉注射剂特殊剂型（脂质体、微球、纳米粒及植入剂等）实现一致性的仿制；
3. 熟悉生物材料与纳米药；
4. 能熟练处理新生产线的设计、过程工艺的放大及优化；
5. 能独立完成小试、放大及注册申报全程序；
6. 良好的英语听说读写技能，能用英语进行相关的技术交流。
