岗位职责：

1、统筹制定公司所属物业发展战略，提出业务规划、经营方针和经营方式；

2、全面管理公司所属物业，对物业经营、租赁、品质、安全、客户满意度结果负责；

3、负责物业品牌建设、推广及运营；

4、搭建物业管理机制，制定各项管理制度；

5、培养输出物业管理专业团队。

任职条件：

1、大专及以上学历，房地产经营、物业管理等相关专业；

2、10年以上物业管理经验，3年以上同等岗位工作经验；

3、在物业管理国际五大行具有任职经历优先考虑；

4、具备超甲级写字楼物业管理经验，专业经验突出。
