岗位职责：

1.  Plan, form up and manage the test resources, external contractors.

2.  Assign, coach, and monitor dedicated resources to provide efficient services to different scrum teams.

3.  Establish test tools, process, automation, quality KPI, track the quality and drive proactive improvement across development & testing.

4.  Work with Scrum team to understand test requirements, establish application test plan.

5. Hands-on development of test cases/test scripts and integration into continuous development and deployment systems.

6.  Interact with PO and Developers for automation test planning and implementation.

7.  Utilize and adapt existing test automation tools.

8.  Report issues through a formal bug tracking system and work with the engineering team to help isolate, debug, and resolve issues/bugs.

9.  Setup, configure, and maintain software test labs and test environments.

10.  Stay abreast of industry software testing tools and best practices.

岗位要求：

1.  Overall 5 years or more experience in software engineering and testing domain.

2. B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, including designing and implementing complex test plans and test cases.

4.  Professional experience of test automation design and implementation.

5.  Good knowledge of and experience with current software testing industry tools and best practices.

6.  Excellent oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills, and a thorough approach to problem solving.

7.  Academic/professional knowledge of audio domain or at least electronic engineering familiarity of signal processing problems is desired.

8.  Fast learner, solid problem solver, with great testing and debugging skills.

9.  2+ year in global project experience or working experience in foreign markets, good English verbal and written communication skills.
