Summary：

• To perform the technical service and troubleshoot at Customer site for Xylem products such as centrifugal pump, valve etc.

• To perform the activities to achieve the goal of the sales and marketing plan to the organization.

• To see the new market place and customers to the organization.

• Meet with customers, review the scope of work, include essential customer’s requirements and advise the best possible solution of repair for customers.

• To assist the Service Manager in resolving any conflicts in repair and follow up with customers, and maintain and up-date the list of customers and their contact persons.

• Develop Replacement Market

Qualifications：

• University graduate, with engineering preferred

• Familiar with the rotating equipment such as pumps, compressor, turbine etc.

• Field services experience in the industrial equipment

• Can speak English (CET 4) and must be skillful in MS office, MS Exchange
