Job Description Presales Solution Consultant –Hightech (Location: Shenzhen/Chengdu/Shanghai) Job DescriptionØ Define and implement a structured way of handling PLM opportunities –first client meeting / solution proposal / RFP response / RFI response/ presentation / marketing event support etc.Ø Work with PL sales team to identify pipeline and plan activities on aweekly basisØ Take lead / participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning,pricing / commercial decisionsØ Work closely with the delivery heads in identifying the right team, getting the pre-sales and delivery teams to develop the solution, estimates, schedules, technical responses etc. to complete the proposalØ Work closely with support functions (like Finance / Contract /Marketing etc.) for creating a compelling solution / proposalØ Provide weekly reports to sales and delivery organizations to provide visibility on pipeline, probable deals etc. for planning and tracking business growthØ Anchoring client visits – from the stage of planning, identifying key participants, story board for the meeting, reviewing content, planning demos / team discussions and front ending the discussionØ Conduct primary and secondary research; generate and qualify market analytics/researchØ Assist sales team in prospecting with relevantpitch and market/company specific dataØ Generate Collaterals, Case Studies, White Papers, etc and assist Sales in pitch evangelismJob Requirement:Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (in Computer Science/ Electrical/Electronic/ Industrial Engineering)Ø Minimum of 5 years of assisting and/or selling of PDM/PLM solution experience (Primary Requirement)Ø Proven track record of managing and supporting large bids from pre-sales perspectiveØ Demonstrated performance in Complex Solution and innovative deal constructØ Strong Techno-Commercial/ Business Orientation and Cost SensitiveØ Familiar with PLM applications, such as Teamcenter and know APS,QMS, BOP, MES, TecnomatixØ Knowledge of different costs in delivery of services and experience of putting together commercial proposalØ Self Driven and MotivatedØ Able to travelØ Solution expertise in one or more verticals which include: Electronics, Equipment, Semicon, CP&Retc.Ø Execute on assigned RFP/ RFI/ proposals/ proposal sections and deliver a high-quality response in terms of content, formatting and value-addsØ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environmentØ Excellent Project Management and Consulting SkillsØ Hands on experience in writing proposals and delivering customer presentation#LI-PLM #LI-TW1
