* Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily management of the factory and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the staff, comprehensively controlling and coordinating the daily work of the production, quality control, logistics, procurement and technology departments.

2. Negotiated with suppliers, signed purchase orders, made annual production plans, conducted production scheduling, management and control, monitored standard operation methods, and ensured the safety and cleanliness of production sites.

3. Responsible for plant organization and management personnel allocation, equipment allocation and production planning arrangement, organize workshop production according to the company's sales plan, and complete the production tasks assigned by the company on time.

4. Supervise and urge all departments to carry out production, quality control, storage and transportation, motivate their work performance, timely deal with or feedback problems in the process of production and operation, and timely put forward reasonable Suggestions.

5. Responsible for completing the tasks authorized and temporarily assigned by the general manager, and regularly report to the general manager on the production management and operation of the company.

* Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, mold manufacturing, etc.

2. Factory management experience in mechanical manufacturing or injection molding enterprises, senior management experience in foreign companies is preferred.

3. Familiar with factory production operation and management, rich experience in production, quality, logistics management and cost control.

4. Understand ISO quality management system and 5S management, have comprehensive lean production concept and rich lean production practice experience.

5. Proficient in industry product quality standards and production standards, familiar with product technical features and production process, familiar with manufacturing enterprise production, logistics, procurement and technical internal operation process.

6. Strong ability of quality management, process optimization, overall planning, organization, communication and coordination, able to analyze and solve problems.

7. Proficient in English and German is preferred.
