集团法律事务部：法务高级主管（熟合同及企业证照/档案管理）

工作职责：

1、负责集团公司及各分公司、子公司、分支机构营业执照等证件的办理及与相关行政部门的协调、沟通；

2、负责企业法人资格证照管理与维护；

3、印鉴、证照管理，包括使用审核、更新年检等；

4、股东会决议和董事会决议起草及备案事项；

5、为管理层就公司重大事项提供法律意见；

6、公司新设及变更事项；

7、政府批文等重要法律文件的管理；

8、管理层及员工法律培训。

任职要求：

1、重点大学法律专业毕业，硕士研究生优先考虑；

2、英语读写良好，能够以英文处理文件；

3、思维清晰，表达流利，责任心强；

4、有海外学习、工作经历，通过国家司法考试者优先。
