北京招聘

• 与项目经理相互配合，管理项目点日常开餐运营工作；
• 指导后厨加工制作高品质菜肴，合理控制食品成本；
• 严格执行公司HSE的各项流程和要求，培训并监督员工履行HSE的相关制度；
• 督导员工正确使用生产工具，保证食品、设备、人员、设施的安全；
• 检查设备及设施的正常完好性，及时向公司相关部门反映正确的信息；
• 提供真实正确的财务数据，将项目点的日常营运的效率***化；
• 正确引导并监督员工完成日常工作；
• 参与项目点销售，提出可行性方案，提高销售额；
• 带领团队通过执行总部促销活动支持并促进销售额；
• 聆听客户的意见，快速有效地提供解决方案；
• 遵从公司各项管理制度，与项目点各职能人员保持日常有效的沟通。

  

任职条件：

  

1、八年以上同类职位工作经验，有五星级酒店或团餐经验者优先；

  

2、中西餐烹饪熟练，尤为精通西餐制作；

  

3、会简单的工作交流英语；

  

4、可熟练操作办公软件；

  

5、年龄28岁——45岁
