Description:

·   Perform the Industrial feasibility with resource, budget, schedule, product cost impact, Capex.

·         Coordinate and industrially deploy technical modifications within all plants impacted by the product evolution.

·         Organize supply chain changes (orders- stock- traceability….).

·         Know and check installed capacities with their use possibilities.

·         Responsible for Pilot Product Dates and Effectivity Dates.

·         In charge of information sharing between Product Department and Plants during evolution project execution.

·         He is representing the Plants during the stage gates reviews.

·         Inform and consult the Plants on the impacts of the evolution.

·         He challenges the Plants about their commitments and introduce a synthesis of the Plants situation during BOC meeting for the Stage Gates review

Qualifications:

Requirements:

· Several years of experience in France and/or abroad: in production (methods, production, maintenance) in logistics (CDI, CDL), or in products industrialization.

· Strong knowledge of the 40 principles of SPS and Lean methodology

· Good analytical, organizational and managerial skills (objective driven and systematical use of action plan)

· Solid managerial skills in project mode required (capacity to functionally steer/federate a team)

· Comfortable in communication in an international environment (mainly in English) and with regards to cultural differences.

· Ability to synthesize and to adjust  to required level

· Available for travels essential to the project (national and abroad)
