职责描述：

1、制定产品战略，细化产品中长期发展规划，保证品类产品在行业的领先地位；

2、搜集市场需求信息，研究开发新材料、新工艺、新技术等在新产品上的应用；

3、主导新产品开发、进行产品市场分析、竞争分析，建立市场信息收集系统，及时反馈产品的相关信息；

5、负责新产品的开发管理和成本核算、价格体系；

6、成品库存跟踪和产能分析，保证销售的正常运转；

7、监督、制定产品原材料及成品封样检验标准；参与供应商审核，提供建议；

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，有4年以上纸尿裤产品管理经验；

2、有管理产品全生命周期管理经验；

3、熟悉所在产业、行业的生产过程；
