1. 新项目APQP

1.1 根据公司程序文件和PLP文件要求，负责工厂APQP和过程开发工作，确保0-0-100-100-30目标。

In control of the program’s timeline and guaranteed the target of 0-0-100-100-30

1.2 负责项目试制内外部协调工作，确保准时保质提交样品和所需的支持文件

Be responsible to organize the sample making and guaranteed to submit the samples and document with good quality and in time

1.3 根据客户要求，负责内部项目审核，跟踪问题解决，推动内外部按项目节点完成任务，确保项目准时PPAP和SOP及SOP以后3个月质量.发运的跟踪。

Be responsible to the internal program audit and followed the action plan to guaranteed the PPAP in time and launched SOP

1.4  作为工厂项目成员的窗口满足公司项目经理的其他一些协调&管理工作。

As the window person of Plant, coordinate and manage the other necessary requirement of PM.

2. SOP后更改管理

2.1 负责SOP以后工厂工程更改的时间进度策划工作

Take the responsibility of the ECP timing planning after SOP.

2.2 定期召开ECP更改的会议，确保ECP实施满足时间，成本和质量满足目标。

Hold the ECP follow up meeting to make sure timing, cost and quality target.

2.3 当有影响项目时间，成本，质量目标达成的问题发生时候，负责组织团队讨论并实施问题解决。

In case any problem in timing, cost and quality, a problem solving meeting should be hold with team member.

3. 完成项目启动经理安排的其他工作

Accomplish the other task assigned by Plant Launch Manager.

招聘要求：

1、大专及以上学历

Bachelor or above degree

2、至少2年汽车行业项目或者质量工作经验

At least 3 years work experience in automotive Quality or Program field.

3、具备项目管理知识，熟练应用项目管理工具

Have knowledge of program management and good skill to use the program management tooling

4、了解质量管理体系，能运用APQP，PPAP，PFMEA等工具

Be familiar with quality system and APQP,PPAP

5、良好的英语口语和书面表达能力

Good English skills in speaking and writing

Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd is a Sino-US joint venture co-invested by Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd and Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and register capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng KSS is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive restraint safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seatbelt, cushion and the whole vehicle restraint safety systems integration.

Yanfeng KSS has two production bases, Road xiupu base is located at the Kangqiao Industry Zone of Pudong Shanghai, with airbag modules manufacturing center,cushion manufacturing center and a world class technical center which has world class vehicle restraint safety system development capability. Yanfeng KSS is the first vehicle safety system supplier in China that has been equipped with dynamic sled crush test machine. The technical center not only undertakes its own safety system product R&D demand of the company, but also provides engineering development service to domestic and overseas OEMs. Lingang base is located at the Fengxian Lingang Industry Zone of Fengxian Shanghai, with steering wheels and seatbelts manufacturing center.
The company domestic business covers most of the major OEMs in China, such as SGM, SVW, SAIC, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-VW, JAC, SGM Wuling, Geely, Chery, and etc. The company export business also reaches Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and etc. The company products have been well received among its domestic and overseas customers.
