工作职责:

? Need to be a strategic thinker with the ability to meet both short-term and long-term goals for the accounts and company. Ability to drive profitable sales.

? Develop new business opportunities through consultative selling techniques to better understand customer desires and work with solutions development teams to create customer-centric solutions for on-contract growth

以顾问式销售的角色开发新的客户机会；更好地理解客户需求，与团队合作，提供以客户为中心的解决方案。

? Maintain existing customer relationship to find out potential opportunities

维护现有客户关系，发现潜在的合作机会。

? Be sensitive to new application field of products and report to related department in a timely manner

对产品应用的新领域保持敏感度，并及时与相关部门沟通。

? Prepare and maintain monthly sales forecast and proactively address any gaps versus planned order intake.

准备月度销售预测，主动解决确定订单量与其差距问题

? Cooperate with technical department to provide professional products application suggestions to customer

与技术部门合作为客户提供专业的产品应用建议

? Track and lead the whole selling process from contract agreement to payment collection

跟踪、主导从合同签订到回款的完整销售过程

? Cooperate with Head-quarter to draw out and execute specific industry sales strategies in region

配合总部在指定区域拟定并执行行业销售策略

任职资格:

? Bachelor‘s degree or above, major in automation, engineering, electronics

本科及以上学历，自动化、工程、电子相关专业

? 5 years sales working experience in related industry

5年以上相关工作经验

? Excellent project management skills and strong influence to manage all aspects of large accounts

优秀的项目管理技巧以及对大客户管理有较强的影响力

? Data driven mindset, experienced in analyzing and addressing opportunities and/or issues with available inventory and sellout data

数据导向思维，有分析和处理现有库存和售出数据问题的经验

? Candidate with background in medical machine builder, familiar with specific industry machine builder equipment or sensor applications is a must

具有医疗设备及IVD设备制造背景，熟悉工业机械制造设备或传感器应用

? Good command of English

英语运用能力良好

? Good communication skills and team work spirit, outgoing, fast learning

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，性格开朗，学习能力强
