Woolworths Group is Australia’s largest retail group employing over 200,000 people (almost 2% of Australia’s entire workforce!). Woolworths manages some of Australia and New Zealand’s most recognised and trusted brands including Woolworths Supermarkets, BIG W, Countdown, Dan Murphy’s, BWS, and ALH.
Due to exciting expansion plans in Asia, Woolworths Group is currently looking for an Account Manager to be based in Shanghai. The Account Manager will be managing various off-trade and e-commerce accounts where our Woolworths own-brand products will be sold through.


  1. Existing accounts: Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets in retail and distribution channels while maximizing profitability by managing through the entire sales process (Product, Contracts, Finance, Stock, Logistic, Pricing); 维护现有客户:完成或超额完成零售及代理渠道的销售目标,通过管理整个销售流程(包括产品,合同,账务,库存,运输,报价)以达到利益***化目标;

  2. Prospection / New Accounts: Achieve and exceed distribution targets by opening new accounts; 开发新客户:通过开发新客户来完成或超额完成所制定的销售目标;

  3. Manage payment terms and account receivables; 应收帐款的管理;

  4. Work with Customer & Marketing to develop and support appropriate marketing events 与客户及市场部共同策划并协助市场推广活动;

  5. Sales / Demand forecasting for customers 客户销售/ 需求预测;

  6. Provide relevant market and competitor information back to senior management; 向管理层提供相关市场动态和竞争者信息;

  7. Orgnaise product trainings to retail customers / store staff in order to develop the confidence and expertise of the channel (coordination with the trainer); 为了提高零售渠道客户的信心及专业度,配合协调专职培训师为客户组织开展相关的产品培训;

  8. Other tasks assigned by management;上级安排的其它任务。

Job Requirements:

  • College graduated or above; 大专以上学历;

  • Strong sales experience in Grocery channles within an FMCG background is preffered 有丰富快消品领域内食品百货渠道销售经验者优先;

  • Ability to demonstrate strong selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of growing an account 能够展示丰富的销售和谈判技巧,并有发展客户业绩的成功案例;

  • Strong commercial acumen to enable development of strong commercial propositions 敏捷的商业洞察力,以便发展潜力大的业务;

  • Fluent in English & Chinese (Spoken and written); 中英文读写流利;

  • Product knowledge and experience in retail grocery (food & non-food) is preferred 对零售食品百货产品有一定认识以及有相关经验者优先;

  • Able to work autonomously and efficiently; 能独立自主、高效地工作;

  • Good Time-Management, interpersonal communication & Team-work skills; 良好的时间管理、人际沟通技巧,重视团队合作;

  • High organization skills and good command of MS Office; 有优秀的组织能力和熟悉掌握办公室软件;

  • Open-minded, and able to handle pressure; 思维活跃开豁,有进取心,抗压能力强。
