商标/知识产权主管（法务部）

工作职责：

1、结合公司中长期发展对企业的国内外商标注册申请及布局进行战略性规划。

2、负责企业的商标法律风险管理，有效避免与商标有关的各种纠纷。

3、统筹部门商标团队日常工作安排，管控工作进程。

4、指导部门商标团队的商标实务操作，审核工作输出，保证工作效率及作业质量。

5、协调商标团队与相关接口部门之间的工作，保证跨部门沟通效率及合作效果

职位要求：

1、大学本科以上学历，法律相关专业优先；

2、具备企业法务、知识产权代理机构、或其他相关法律行业工作；

3、熟悉涉外商标管理从业经验优先；

4、熟练掌握法律知识，并灵活应用于商标、版权等实际业务处理，包括但不限于申请、维护、维权等；

5、沟通表达能力强；善于总结沉淀；有团队合作精神及创新精神。
