岗位职责:

Supervise/ Conduct desk research and review
Conduct interviews (only when appropriate), analysis, interpretation and recommendations
Liaise outsourcers and research analysts when necessary
Supervise/ Support report writing
Supervise full time analysts and interns in project support

任职资格:

Capable of executing small size consulting or research projects

Strong interviewing skills and elicitation techniques, good communication skills
较强的访谈技巧和启发方法，善于与人沟通
Understanding of basic and more sophisticated excel functions as well as statistical tools

Good at logical thinking, analyzing and problem solving

Basic understanding of key business and economic frameworks / concepts
