Role Description:
· Technical Customer Support Engineer.
· Timely deliver answers /solutions for requests reported by AP external customers using 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on Cloud.
· End to end ownership of customer requests from opening until closure, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
· Participate in customer calls on demand, to convey technical expertise and deliver enhanced value.
· Collaborate with internal team worldwide.
Background:
· Experience on Technical Customer Support (issue analysis, certification, report to back-end…) at least 3years.
· English skill (verbal and written).
· Communication skill (convey information with agility and preciseness, collaborate with team, …).
· Understands and follows processes / rules, and also tolerant of those changes.
