职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interpret and ensure self and IT team employees to be in compliance with Corporate IT (DSI) policies, procedures and best practicesas described in the SGDSI (book of CEPSA IT Management System).
Participates in IT budget definition, maintenance and reporting of operational and budget processes and execution. Manages CCS IT budget according to the corporate cost control, procurement and financial policies and procedures.
Participates in hiring and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
Meet with business managers to be aware and discuss IT Services requirements and specifications, estimate costs and timelines, negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the internal customers and report quality of service delivered and incidents, all according to SGDSI description of internal customer relationship management.
Monitor the level of satisfaction of the clients in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and establish continuous improvement plans across all IT services, guaranteeing the services quality and implementing changes resulting from continuous improvement plans.
Direct the resources assigned for the execution of the overall project portfolio, assuring the fulfillment with the definite architecture, the quality and papers as the standards of Cepsa.
Identify and minimize the risks for the IT infrastructure assets and services working closely with corporate IT Asset management and compliance unit with special focus in to preventing software licensing compliance risks.
Maintain and develop contacts and external relationships needed in terms of resources and technologies, being updated on market trends, managing activities related to suppliers of information systems, optimizing its use.
Identify the needs of customer accounts and channel them into the systems of demand management.
Maintains self and IT team employees professional and technical knowledge up to date by educational workshops, professional publications, establishing professional networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies, etc. all according to corporate defined architectures and guidance.
Transfer to the business units the catalogue of services and market trends, providing technical advice to the internal customer.
Be aware of business trends and results to anticipate the future needs of the customer and match needs to IT technology and services solutions.
Contributes to the mission of the organization and adheres to company’s values.
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor(s).
PROFILE
Required Qualifications:
- Holds a bachelor degree or an equivalent working experience;
- At least 6-year experience IT area;
Skills and Aptitudes:
- Team spirit, able to coach and motivate the team members
- Customer oriented
- Capacity to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationship;
- Excellent Oral and written communication;
- Organizational skills, ability to manage urgency/priorities
- Initiative, Flexibility and Thoroughness;
- Excellent project management skill.
- Good knowledge of software like Microsoft office, network, telecommunication etc.;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
