职位描述：

  

1. 负责审核收入结算依据并开具相应增值税发票，并对收入进行账务处理；

2. 按月/季/年整理账龄报告，负责应收账款分析，定期报告应收账项余额；

3. 收集并归档项目合同，制作并及时更新合同管理表，依照完工百分比法，与项目上进行收入上的确认；

4. 制作项目报表，与项目人员核对项目运营情况，并完成对账和回款情况跟进工作；

5. 协助财务经理对业务流程进行数据收集、监控和分析；并协同有关部门拟定应收账款的核算和管理；

6. 财务经理交办的其他财务工作。

            

 

  

Job Responsibility：

  

- Responsible for reviewing the revenue settlement basis and issuing the corresponding VAT invoice and accounting for the revenue.

  

- According to the month/quarter/year and aging report, responsible for accounts receivable analysis, balance should be collect items on a regular basis.

  

- Collect and archive project contract, make and update the contract management form timely, and confirm with the project revenue according to the completion percentage method.

  

- Make the project report, check the project operation with the project personnel, and follow up the reconciliation and payment.

  

- Assist finance manager to collect, monitor and analyze the business process. Coordinate with related departments to prepare accounts receivable accounting and management.

  

- Other financial work assigned by the finance manager.

  

 

  

任职要求：

  

1. 财会相关专业、本科以上学历；

2. 五年及以上相关工作经验，有往来账核对及财务处理能力；

3. 熟练使用电脑办公软件；

4. 善于沟通表达，能够有效解决问题，抗压能力强；

5. 良好的英语读写能力。

          

 

  

Requirements:

  

- University Degree in Accounting and related majors.

  

- 2 years relevant accounting experience preferably.

  

- Skillful in MS office application.

  

- Good communication ability，be capable of solving problems and working under high pressure.

  

- Good written and reading capability in English.
