岗位职责：

1、与材料供应商的联络和管控，保证材料种类齐全;

2、做好并建立供应商档案和客户服务档案;

3、做好项目经理对接、并与供应商协调，保证材料供应的及时性;

4、及时为工程部提供材料最新成本信息并更新预算模板，为设计部提供材料样本;

5、妥善处理客户、项目经理关于材料方面的投诉;

6、建立健全供应商管理的各项制度、标准、流程、解决方案，保证持续改进与完善;

7、负责相关材料的采购，须货比三家、与供应商谈判价格、付款方式、交货日期等;

8、完成领导交办的其他相关工作。

任职资格：

1、2年以上公装公司材料工作经验，熟悉采购流程;

2、熟悉建筑装饰行业材料体系，熟悉相应的材料知识和特性，对室内装饰施工工艺有一定的了解;

3、性格外向，沟通协调能力强;

4、责任心强，能承受较强的工作压力;

5、能熟练操作使用word、excel等办公软件。
