JOB STATEMENT

To achieve Metso Minerals China region sales target set by the company for construction business in China

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning 计划

- Assist and follow up Hydropower projects 协助并跟进水电建筑项目

- Make a travel plan for each month 制定每月差旅计划

- Learning and familiar with other Metso Minerals products 学习并熟悉美卓矿机的相关产品

Sales 销售

- Find all potential customers for hydropower and keep them updated of MM products寻找负责区域的潜在客户，并与客户保持紧密沟通及时更新美卓矿机的产品信息

- Keep project list updated on monthly basis 更新每月项目报告

- Prepare the proposal for customer with help of sales support team if necessary在销售支持团队的配合下，给予客户产品提案

- Negotiate projects with customer与客户进行项目谈判

- Keep MM China management updated of competition activity of the region with monthly competitor activity report每月向上级管理层更新负责区域内的竞争对手行动报告

- Collect all outstanding payment for the hydropower负责水电行业内，项目未清付货款的收款工作

- Work closely with service department and make sure equipment delivery and operation will meet customer requirements与服务部门保持紧密联系，确保设备的交货和维护符合客户的要求

Market Development 市场开发

- Keep a good relationship with the customers 保持与所有客户的良好关系

- Arrange high level contacts for MM China management with key potential customers 安排重点潜在客户与美卓矿机中国区管理层的联系

- Update business lines with current market information 更新所有事业线目前的市场信息

- Develop marketing activity for the hydropower in conjunction with MM China marketing team 与美卓矿机中国区市场团队一起开发区域市场活动

Qualifications

- The major is Machine Engineering with International Trade background preferred机械工程专业,国际贸易背景优先

- More than 3 years of proven experience in mechanical equipment sales 三年以上机械设备销售经验

- Able to frequently travel 能适应频繁出差

- Good selling skill, initiative, nice personality in communication with people良好的销售技巧，积极主动，善于与客户维持良好的人际关系

- Teamwork player 团队合作

- Good command of Windows XP, Lotus and etc 熟练掌握Windows XP, Lotus等软件

- Good command of verbal and written English 熟练掌握英语口语和写作

- Capability of learning quickly, especially on process and mechanical在机械专业方面快速的学习能力

- Good presentation skill 良好的报告演示技巧
