JOB STATEMENT
This position is concerned with attending to all facts of sales contract administration support duties to ensure its efficient operation.



JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Singapore Contract Filing.

· SO Creation, shipment, billing in Singapore SAP System, which includes both External contract and intercompany contract.

· Customer/Supplier/item Code Application, and send application to Finance/relevant person for extension into system

· Inform Finance the contract information and contract payment breakdown;

· Prepare the relevant documents for payment collection, bank bond, proforma invoice, bank collection form, etc.

· Internal payment application to Singapore, relevant external payment to tendering company, agent, shipping company etc.

· Relevant system report to contract manager.



RELATIONSHIPS
· Inside contract admin team, to establish priorities and to ensure accurate performance of duties.

· Singapore Financial Team to share system information and relevant payment/collection arrangements.




REQUIREMENT
· Education: Academic degree, major in International Trade or English preferred

· Reasonable command of both written and verbal English

· IT skills: Fluent at Excel, Word

· Good at time management, be logical

· Precise
