HR Manager - Business Partner

Responsibilities

· Provide full spectrum of HR services to designated business units

· Formulate and implement strategic HR initiatives in change management, people development, performance management, etc.

· Liaise closely with stakeholders and senior management, and drive different HR related projects to cope with the business needs

· Review and develop HR policies and procedures associated with the business strategies

· Compile HR reports and analysis for management review

· Perform any ad hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent

· Minimum of 8 years solid HR experience gained from financial services sectors

· Proven track records on managing change management programs

· Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance

· Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with ability handling multi-tasks

· Excellent command in written and verbal Chinese and English

福利待遇：

工作时间：周一~周五，周末双休

月薪范围：人民币25000~40000元/月

最低学历：本科

工作年限：8~15年
